We are a mindset-driven apparel brand celebrating leadership, excellence, and resilience. Designed for Everyday Warriors committed to consistency and growth, we believe in the value of the journey and the power of a positive community.
Whether you’re starting the journey now or are well on your way, the Everyday Warrior mindset provides the tools to act with intention, seek balance, and pursue growth. Over time, Everyday Warriors begin to see experiences as learning opportunities and realize that progress is not a destination – it’s part of the journey.
Everyday Warriors harness the power of positive habits to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual fitness. We do this by focusing on the whole person, not just part, and empowering members to unlock their full potential through the life-long pursuit of progress, focus, and balance.
Physical, mental and spiritual practice encapsulate the pillars that make up our approach to life that empowers the whole self. ATTA interlocks these pillars together to activate a philosophy about progress with a focus on balance.
I'm Mike Sarraille, the founder of ATTA.
During my 20-year career as a Recon Marine, Scout-Sniper, and U.S. Navy SEAL, I served on some of the most elite teams in the world. After retiring, I struggled to adjust to life outside the military. Leaving such a tight-knit community meant I wasn't only losing a job – I was losing a big part of my identity. Sadly, many who leave the military are unprepared for the deep sense of loss they experience. Without the structure I relied on, the purpose I lived for, and the tribe that gave me strength, I spiraled into an unhealthy and unbalanced lifestyle.
I was lucky enough to have peers and mentors who offered me their kindness, support, and patience during that time. With their help, I got back up, dusted myself off, and began building a new tribe. Over time, I found that my unique experiences and willingness to show vulnerability connected with people – which gave me renewed hope and purpose. Along with founding the VETTED Foundation, a nonprofit that helped veterans transition into business, I started Talent War Group, a leading management consulting and executive search firm. I also co-authored a best-selling book, The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent, and partner with Men’s Journal as the author and host of The Everyday Warrior series and podcast.
Through my successes and struggles in the special operations community, my personal life, and the business world, I’ve learned the skills to overcome extraordinary physical, mental, and spiritual challenges
– ATTA is the culmination of that knowledge.
